Can I buy more tickets if there is no availability?

Can I collect my tickets from the box office?

Unfortunately, collecting tickets from the box office is not an option. All tickets are sent directly to you in advance of the show.

How and when will I get my tickets?

Theatre tickets are normally sent by recorded delivery to the address given in the account application form. A nominal fee of £2 is charged for this service. We take the utmost care to ensure that customers receive their tickets in good time.

What happened if a show is cancelled or rescheduled?

Should a show be cancelled or re-scheduled, we will contact you and explain the refund procedure, or provide details of the rescheduled show.

What happens if I don’t receive my tickets on time?

We send tickets well in advance of the show date. However, if you haven’t received your tickets at least 48 hours before the show begins, please reach out to us at 07880216344, and we’ll assist you promptly.
